Cookie Policy

This Policy explains how Wistudi uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies on the Wistudi website.

Last updated: 20 September 2026
This Cookie Policy should be read together with the Wistudi Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or accessed from your device when you use a website. Similar technologies may include browser storage, tags, pixels and scripts that store or access information on a device.

2. How Wistudi uses cookies and similar technologies

Wistudi may use storage or access technologies to keep the website functioning, remember language or consent preferences, protect security, understand website usage and improve the website.

Wistudi does not use analytics consent as permission for personalised advertising. The current website configuration disables advertising storage, ad personalisation signals and Google Signals in the Wistudi analytics setup.

3. Strictly necessary and preference technologies

Some technologies are necessary for website operation or to provide a function requested by the User and may not require consent where an applicable legal exemption applies.

  • wistudi_locale helps the website manage language routing and preference behaviour. The website may also use local browser storage to remember the selected language.
  • wistudi_analytics_consent records the User's analytics choice so the website can respect that preference. It is currently configured to last for approximately 180 days before renewal may be required.

4. Analytics

Wistudi uses Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, including general interaction with pages and website features. In regions where consent is required, Wistudi configures analytics storage as denied until the User makes a choice.

Where analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and related _ga_* cookies or use comparable identifiers to distinguish browser instances and support analytics measurement. Cookie duration and technical behaviour may be controlled by Google and Wistudi's analytics configuration and can change over time.

Wistudi configures its current website analytics with advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation disabled, and with Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals disabled.

Where consent is required for non-essential analytics, Wistudi will request a clear choice before enabling the relevant analytics storage. You may accept analytics or continue without analytics.

You can revisit your analytics preference using the Cookie settings control where it is displayed. You can also remove or block cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary technologies may affect website functionality.

6. Third-party technologies

Third-party services embedded in or linked from the website may use their own cookies or similar technologies. For example, an external scheduling, video, payment or integration service may apply its own privacy and cookie practices when you interact with it.

Wistudi does not control cookies set independently by a third-party website after you leave Wistudi or choose to interact directly with that third party.

7. Personal information and analytics

Information collected through cookies or analytics may constitute personal information or be linked to device information. Wistudi handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Cookie duration

Some cookies are session-based and expire when the browsing session ends. Others are persistent and remain for a defined period unless deleted earlier. Wistudi aims to use durations that are proportionate to the relevant purpose.

Third-party analytics cookie durations may be set by the third-party provider and its current configuration. Users may delete cookies earlier using browser controls.

9. Changes to this Policy

Wistudi may update this Policy where the website's cookies, analytics, consent mechanisms, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will show the current update date.

10. Contact Wistudi
